The application window for August 2012 CCM® exam administration will be opening by early May 2012. The specific date will be announced here when it is finalized. If you would like us to email you when the application is available, please email ccmchq@ccmcertification.org with your name and email address and we will notify you.

RENEWAL
Complete your CCM Renewal here!
Due to a technology upgrade, the application for the May 2012 renewal will be opening by early May 2012. The deadline to have all materials submitted and continuing education credits for your renewal will be extended. The specific date of the extension and the final date of renewal will be announced here when it is finalized. You will receive emails from the Commission regularly regarding when the final date of renewal has been finalized, so please make sure your email address is correct on your dashboard, and update it if needed.
You can feel free to begin uploading CEs to your online transcript now in preparation for your upcoming renewal. Please do not mail or fax your CE verification forms.
