Please be aware that these documents are not meant to be in any way comprehensive study guides, but meant to aid you in your exam preparations. The best way to prepare for the CCM certification exam is to review the examination content areas that appear in your Certification Guide and direct your efforts to those areas you may not perform on a regular basis as part of your job duties.
And, remember that, on average, 78-82% of those who take the exam pass it the first time.
