In an effort to make case managers aware of the ethical requirements that their CCM certification holds them accountable, CCMC has developed a continuing education ethics article, available below. The article covers the Code of Professional Conduct for Case Managers in detail and provides real-life examples and tips for ethical case management practice. On successful completion of the questions, two hours of continuing education will be added to your CCM file and you will receive a certificate of completion. Cost of submitting the course is $20.00, and has been preapproved for CCM, CDMS, and CRC continuing education (qualifies as ethics for CDMS and CRC). Are you obtaining hours for certification renewal? If so, continuing education in ethics is NOT required to renew your CCM. |
