ANCC & NYSED Accreditations

The Commission for Case Manager Certification is committed to providing professional development resources, delivered face-to-face, online, and for self-learning, to help meet the demand for highly trained, competent case managers.

To demonstrate the Commission’s commitment to offer high-quality educational offerings, the Commission for Case Manager Certification has been granted the designation as an Accredited Provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation (ANCC).

The ANCC Accreditation Program identifies organizations that demonstrate excellence in Nursing Continuing Professional Development (NCPD). Accredited organizations use evidence-based ANCC criteria to plan, implement, and evaluate the highest quality NCPD activities.

In addition, the Commission for Case Manager Certification is also recognized by the New York State Education Department for Social Work (NYSED) as an approved provider of continuing education for New York State licensed social workers.

The New York State Education Department for Social Work (NYSED) provider approval demonstrates that the Commission meets the applicable requirements of Section 74.10(i) of the Regulations of the Commissioner of Education (Commissioner's Regulations) to obtain State Education Department (SED) approval as a provider of continuing education for New York State Licensed Master Social Workers and Licensed Clinical Social Workers.

In earning the provider approvals from both organizations, our case managers can choose the highest caliber of education to meet their certification or licensure requirements.
